My approach to care

My care approach to care is to treat each client holistically, focusing on culturally responsive and trauma-informed care. I deliver therapy services from a strengths-based and person-centered approach, using evidence-based interventions to address clients on both micro and acro levels.

Why I went into healthcare

I became a Behavioral Clinician because I believe every person has the capacity to improve their lives. I strive to empower clients to be able to overcome life’s challenges, resolve conflicts, and develop nurturing and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others

Something you might not know about me

Something you might not know about me is that I was born in Switzerland and try to visit my family and friends as often as possible. Switzerland is a beautiful country with so much life and culture to offer, and I encourage everyone to visit at least once in their lifetime!
