Deborah Goodin

Deb Goodin joined the board in 2017 and is Treasurer-elect for the next slate of Board officers. She was Regional Vice President of Sutter Health, and previously Chief Administrative Officer for Mills Peninsula Hospital and Health Center in San Mateo County. A Registered Nurse with experience in maternal/child health, Deb is committed to community service and previously volunteered at George Mark Children’s House in San Leandro as well as serving as Vice Chair of Mission Hospice in San Mateo.

Deb’s experience in clinical, leadership and executive positions make her a well-rounded Board member with a lifelong passion for equitable, high-quality healthcare. After moving to Napa, she sought an organization that shared that passion and found OLE Health. She is excited for the organization’s future as the provider of choice, committed to improving health outcomes in the community and the state.
