Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health visits can help you learn new skills for managing what’s going on in your life.

Our team of behavioral health providers is a part of your dedicated care team. We are all here to help address any barriers to your overall health and wellness.

Our providers have diverse backgrounds and expertise, and include Licensed and Associate Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Substance Use Counselors, and Peer Support Advocates.

Many of our patients and clients are also eligible for Enhanced Care Management services. Our Enhanced Care Managers can help you navigate your healthcare as well as connecting you with community resources and programs that can assist with other challenges (e.g., access to transportation, food assistance, housing, and more).
