St. Helena Capital Campaign
Putting Down Roots
We’re doubling down. For good.
For more than five decades OLE Health has cared for the Napa Valley community. In all that time, we’ve never had a permanent home for our work in St. Helena — the town where it all began.
Now, that’s changing. For good. OLE Health is putting down roots in the heart of downtown, investing in a permanent home and doubling our capacity to care for the community we’ve been serving since Day 1.
Campaign goal
$5M
A $5 million campaign to build and equip a permanent St. Helena Health Center — and double what it can deliver.

Demand Up Valley has outgrown the space we have. Today that shortfall is measured in weeks of waiting, miles driven, and patients we cannot accept.

- Behavioral health only provided two days per month
- Must drive to North Napa for services
- No space for insurance enrollment and care coordination services
For staff and community
- Currently closed to new patients
- Lack of other non-concierge primary care physicians in St. Helena
- Overloaded provider panel sizes
- No meeting or break room

From our patients
In their words
As an elder in St. Helena, I’m very happy to be able to have OLE Health as my primary care provider. Leah Riha NP and the other introductory staff provided the best welcome and history review I’ve ever received. I look forward to and feel I’ll receive excellent medical attention and care as I enjoy life in St. Helena.
Doctor Zarate has been amazing in helping me manage my high blood pressure and stress. Everyone in the office is always kind and quick to accommodate scheduling. Recently they hired a new nurse named Jennifer, she is very kind, compassionate, and really good at her job. She definitely has a bright future ahead of her!
I liked that the receptionist and provider spoke Spanish very well and attended to me very well.
We invite you to be part of creating a healthier St. Helena for generations to come
