Madeline Hernandez

Madeline Hernandez is the North Bay Regional Directing Attorney from Immigration Institute of the Bay Area (IIBA). She has been a member of the OLE Health Board since 2019, previously serving as Board Secretary.

Mady graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2012. In June 2013, she inaugurated IIBA Napa as a team of one, serving as Program Director and staff attorney. Today, Madeline is the North Bay Regional Directing Attorney and oversees a staff of 15. Previously she worked as a private immigration attorney and a legal fellow with the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center in San Jose. Madeline was the recipient of the 2019 Napa CanDo Spirit Award, which celebrates annually an exceptional nonprofit employee in Napa County.
