Patricia McFarland

Patti McFarland is the former CFO for Partnership HealthPlan of California, CalOptima and Central California Alliance for Health, all nonprofit health plans serving the MediCal population. She joined the OLE Health Board in 2017, has served on the Finance Committee and will assume the role of Board Treasurer for CommuniCare+OLE in June 2025. Patti has also been a member of the boards of Aldea Children & Family Services and United Way in Santa Cruz, where she was named a community hero.

Patti believes that healthcare is a right, not a privilege, and that having affordable healthcare makes our community stronger. She feels it is important that the Board membership reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
