Pete Richmond

Pete Richmond joined the OLE Health Board of Directors in 2017 and served as Board Chair from 2021 until the merger in 2023 when he accepted the Vice Chair appointment. Pete is the founder and co-owner of Silverado Farming Company, providing vineyard management for more than 600 acres of Napa’s top Cabernet Estates. The company donates one percent of its gross revenues each year through its foundation, One Percent for the Community, directing the money to underfunded grassroots nonprofits who focus on farm worker issues and at-risk youth.

Pete is a member of the Board of Directors of the OLE Health Foundation, Board of Directors of the Napa Valley Farm Worker Education Foundation, Director of the Napa Valley Grape Growers, and a board member of Ag for Youth. He is a graduate of Fresno State University with a degree in agriculture business.
