Will Phelps

Will Phelps moved to the Napa Valley with his family when he was 12 and has spent the majority of his career in the wine industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Sonoma State University.

After managing sales for a small Napa Valley winery, Will joined his family’s winery, Joseph Phelps Vineyards, where he held a variety of roles within the sales, marketing, and vineyard operations departments over an 11-year period. In 2023, Will decided to pursue a new challenge and founded a Napa-based commercial real estate investment company with his father.

Will is passionate about his community and family. He lives in Napa with his wife, Amanda, and their four daughters, Emma, Lily, June, and Grace. In his free time, Will enjoys traveling, golfing, and mountain biking.
