Arthur Roosa

Arthur Roosa is the founder and CEO of SyMed Corporation, a medical revenue cycle management company created to assist with insurance claims for physicians, outpatient clinics and behavioral health providers. A longtime advocate for integrity in the Medicare and Medicaid programs, Arthur has been awarded by the California Department of General Services for his role in identifying Medicaid fraud.

Arthur joined the OLE Health Board of Directors in 2019 and currently serves as Treasurer. His community involvement includes serving as treasurer of the Connolly Ranch Education Center, former chair of the City of Napa Planning Commission, and currently serves as foreperson of the 2024/2025 Napa County Civil Grand Jury. Arthur has a commitment to CC+OLE’s model of patient care, considering the patient as a whole and believing that healthcare is a right and not a privilege.
