My approach to care

My approach to care is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions with curiosity and creativity. Using a client-centered, strength-based approach, I integrate mindfulness and resilience-building to foster emotional well-being and personal growth.

Why I went into healthcare

I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful connections. I believe in the power of healing through relationships and wanted to be able to create a safe, supportive space for people to explore their emotions, grown, and thrive.

Something you might not know about me

Something you might not know about me is that I am a proud cat mom and had the incredible experience of living and working in Hong Kong.
