My approach to care

My care philosophy is patient-centered and strengths-based, meeting clients where they are and collaborating with them to provide the support they need to achieve their goals.

Why I went into healthcare

I became a behavioral health clinician because my goal is to help minimize the stigma of mental health, especially within underserved communities.

Something you might not know about me

Something you might now know about me is that before becoming a clinician, I was a hairstylist/makeup artist for the past 10 years. Through that profession, I worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds who sparked my love for helping people.
