Rachel Warren, LMFT (She/Her)

About Rachel

Rachel Warren started at CommuniCare+OLE in 2018 where she worked with youth and families until 2024. She spent most of 2024 at home with her two children and returned to CommuniCare+OLE in 2025 as a Behavioral Health Manager for School Services. She received her Master’s Degree from California Institute of Integral Studies in 2026 and completed her Bachelor’s Degree at CSU Sacramento. Prior to coming to CommuniCare+OLE, Rachel worked at Safe Harbor Crisis Residential in Yolo County. She specializes in treating youth and families, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment to life stressors. She expecially enjoys working with transitional age youth (ages 16-26).

My approach to care is systemic and humanistic. I build relationships and help people live fulfilling lives that reflect their values and goals.

Why I went into healthcare

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people and believe that mental healthcare is for everyone.
