Iyda Antony

Iyda Antony brings over 15 years of strategic management expertise in healthcare operations and quality management. Prior to joining CommuniCare+OLE, she served as Vice President of Strategic Operations at UCSF Health, where she oversaw enterprise IT modernization projects, feasibility studies for service centralization, and the integration of new acquisitions. Previously, as System Vice President of Lab Services at Legacy Health, Iyda was the strategic lead for a major acquisition while overseeing 24/7 laboratory operations across Oregon and Washington.

Her nearly three decades of healthcare experience include diverse clinical and operational roles, including Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Lab Assistant, and Laboratory Scientist. She maintains an active Clinical Laboratory Scientist license with the California Department of Public Health and is board certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). In addition to holding an MBA and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management and Leadership, she is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Fellow of the Academy for Healthcare Management (FAHM).

Iyda’s commitment to healthcare also includes raising awareness of blood donation, and she has overseen numerous blood drives as a former American Red Cross Blood Leader. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony, and their two children, Henry and Asha. In her spare time, she finds peace and purpose as a resin artist and has donated several of her pieces to local fundraising events. Iyda joined CommuniCare+OLE because she believes that access to quality, compassionate healthcare is a journey of continuous improvement and collective commitment grounded in dignity, respect, and equity.
