Place a Proxy Bid Register for Auction

Live Auction Guidelines

  1. Your household's payment and contact details will be registered with OLE Health Foundation before the auction. All information is securely encrypted within the Greater Giving auction platform.
  2. Auction guests are required to provide contact and payment details.
  3. Your bid number is just for you! Please do not share your paddle with others.
  4. After the auction, we will send you an itemized invoice along with fulfillment details.
  5. If you purchased wine, our team will reach out to arrange delivery. We are happy to deliver within Napa, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo Counties. For other areas, we'll ship via Stagecoach Express 3-day wine delivery. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
  6. To help us reduce credit card fees and direct more funds to patient care, we kindly ask donors to consider paying by check, stock, or donor advised fund when possible.
  7. If we do not hear from you with another payment method, your card on file will be processed by September 23, 2026.
  8. If you have any questions before or after the auction, please contact us – we are always happy to help.

By registering for this event, I authorize OLE Health to use my picture, including photographic and video images, and my voice.
