For more than five decades, OLE Health has provided care to the Napa Valley community. To better serve our growing number of patients in the upper valley, we are expanding our St. Helena Health Center into a permanent, dedicated space in the heart of downtown.
Currently, patient demand has outgrown our existing St. Helena location. Space limitations have resulted in longer wait times for appointments, behavioral health services being available only two days per month, and a lack of dedicated areas for insurance enrollment and care coordination.
Supported by a $5 million capital campaign launched by the OLE Health Foundation, this expansion project is designed to directly address these facility limitations and enhance the patient experience.

Expanded Facility Features and Patient Benefits
The transition to the new, expanded health center will allow OLE Health to accommodate more patients—including children, families, working adults, and seniors—while minimizing appointment delays. The updated facility will include:
- 9 exam rooms to accommodate increased patient visits
- 4 full-time medical providers
- 2 consultation rooms for private patient discussions
- 1.5 full-time therapists to significantly expand mental health services
- Dedicated lab and medication space for comprehensive care
- A larger, more comfortable waiting room
Looking Ahead
Once completed, the new health center is projected to double our current primary care capacity in St. Helena. It will also allow our team to accommodate approximately 3,100 additional mental health visits and 700 additional insurance enrollment visits each year.
